摘要
超临界CO2 萃取技术已在中草药研究和生产的许多方面得到了广泛应用 ,对中药现代化及中草药药用有效成分提取分离有重要意义。文中介绍了中草药提取的特点、超临界CO2 萃取中草药有效成分的优缺点、应用现状以及发展前景。
The technology of supercritical CO_2 extraction is widly applied in many fields of the study and production of Chinese herbal medicine, and is very significant for the modernization of Chinese herbal medicine and the extraction of active ingredient from it. The characteristics of extraction of Chinese herbal medicine, the advantage and disadvantage of the extraction of active ingredient from Chinese herbal medicine by SFE CO_2, its application and prospect of development, are introduced.
