摘要
目的:探讨铅接触者尿绒毛膜酶活性的变化及其意义。方法:对147例铅作业工人采用免疫吸附比色法测定尿绒毛膜酶(LAP、ALP)活性。结果:铅接触者尿绒毛膜酶活性增加[LAP(16.16±3.18)μg/L、ALP(30.83±4.91)μg/L],且随接触时间延长而升高,铅接触史≥5年者尿绒毛膜酶活性[LAP(18.94±5.22)、ALP(33.45±5.13)μg/L]较铅接触史<5年者[LAP(14.12±2.76)、ALP(28.6±3.82)μg/L]为高(P<0.05)。结论:尿绒毛膜酶活性升高是铅致早期肾损害的敏感指标。
Objective:To investigate t he changes of the activities of urine brush border enzymes in lead exposed workers and their significances.Methods:The activities of enzymuria(LAP、ALP)of14 7lead exposed workers were detected with immunoadsorption-colorimetric method .Results:The activities of enzymuria was significantly high in the exposure gr oup LAP(16.16±3.18),ALP(30.83±4.91)ìg/L.There wa s a rising tendency of the activity of enzymuria along with the long term of lea d exposure.The activities of enzymuria in the group of≥5years exposure LAP( 18.94±5.22),ALP(33.45±5.13)ìg/L were significantly h igher than those in the group of<5years exposure LAP(14.12±2.76) ,ALP(28.6±3.82)ìg/L (P<0.05).Conclusion:The rising of t he activity of enzymuria is a sensitivity indicator to kidney damage by lead.
