红花注射液HPLC指纹图谱分析方法研究

Study on HPLC fingerprint of Honghua Injection

目的 建立红花注射液的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法 ,并对 4个不同厂家生产的样品进行指纹图谱的比较研究。方法 以 4个不同厂家生产的红花注射液为分析对象 ,选择适宜的色谱分析条件 ,建立了红花注射液的指纹图谱。结果 方法学考察表明 ,本研究建立的分析方法有比较好的重现性 ;不同厂家生产的红花注射液共有峰面积的比存在一定的差异。结论 指纹图谱分析方法可简便、快速的鉴别和区分同厂家生产的红花注射液。

Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Honghua Injection and comparatively study of HPLC fingerprint of four kinds of Honghua Injection from different sources. Methods HPLC fingerprint analytical method of Honghua was developed. Results The methodological evaluation showed that the method had a good repeatability. The samples from different producers showed different ratio of common peaks'area. Conclution This method could be used to differentiate Honghua Injection from different sources conveniently.
