摘要
目的 :为临床经颈外静脉穿刺插管至上腔静脉提供直接和间接的解剖学依据。方法 :解剖45具 (男 2 8例、女 1 7例 )成年防腐尸体 ,测量颈静脉切迹至喉结最高点及穿刺点至左右头臂静脉中线交点上腔静脉间的距离 ,然后作相关回归分析。结果 :颈静脉切迹至喉结最高点的平均长度男 80 .0 2mm、女84.4mm ;经穿刺点至上腔静脉的平均长度男右 1 0 8.91mm、男左 1 2 3.32mm ;女右 1 0 3.81mm、女左 1 1 7.34mm。结论
Objective: To provide the anatomic data for intervenient from external jugular vein to superior vena cava. Methods: 45 adult cadaveric (male28, female 17), measure the distance form jugular notch to the highest of laryngeal prominence and the distance from the point of the puncture to superior vena cava the focus of the middle line of left and right brachio cephalic veins, then study the linear correlation and linear regression. Results: The average length from jugular notch to the highest of laryngeal prominence: male 80.02mm,female 84.40mm; the average distance from the point of the puncture to superior vena cava: male right108.91mm, male left123.3mm; female right 103.81mm,female left 117.34mm. Conclusion: the length from the point of the puncture to superior vena cava can be calculated by linear regression equation
