摘要
目的 研究二十二碳六烯酸 (DHA)对某大学学生记忆力的影响 ,为补充外源性DHA对改善大学生记忆力提供理论依据。方法 采用随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的流行病学研究 ,在某大学选择健康的 1 9~ 2 3岁学生 1 2 3名 ,随机分为 2组。干预组服DHA胶囊 (每日 5粒 ,分 2次口服 ) ,对照组服用外包装与干预组完全相同的安慰剂 ,试服期为 30d。在试验前后分别用甲、乙 2套临床记忆量表评价 2组学生的记忆能力。结果 试验前 ,干预组与对照组的各项分量表的测试结果相比差异均无统计学意义 ;试验后 ,干预组和对照组的记忆力均较试验前有显著性提高 ;但干预组得到改善的程度明显优于对照组 ,并且干预组的联想学习、人像特点回忆、总量表分和记忆商要显著高于对照组。
ObjectiveTo study the effect of Docose Hexaeno nic Acid(DHA) on memory of college students, to provide basis for administration of supplementary source o f DHA aimed at improving memory of college students. MethodsA double-blind, placebo-control study was performed, 123 healthy students aged 1 9-23 years were randomly divided into two groups. Students in experiment group t ook DHA capsule in a dosage of 1 500 mg DHA for a period of a month (twice every day). Using Clinic Memory Scales tested memory of students in two groups before and after experiment. ResultsBefore experiment, there were in significant differences between two groups in subscales.After experiment, memory of students in two groups improved, but a greater improvement in memory of stud ents in experiment group was found, especially in associate leaning, portrait ch aracteristic recall, the total scale score and memory quotient. Conclusi onDHA is effective in improving memory of college students.
