摘要
目的 分析中学生危害健康行为项目的因素结构 ,描述主要危害健康行为的人口统计学特征 ,为分析危害健康行为的影响因素确定协变量提供参考。方法 采用修订的美国疾病控制中心 (CDC)青少年危险行为监测问卷 (YRBS) ,对 31 2 7名合肥市城乡中学生进行无记名调查。运用因子分析法分析危害健康行为的因素结构 ,用 χ2检验分析不同人口统计学特征的中学生主要危害健康行为发生率的差异。结果 34项危害健康行为归类为 1 2个因子 ,分别是性行为、饮酒、吸烟、故意伤害、体像和体形控制、过量饮酒、接触毒品、迷恋上网、非故意伤害、缺乏运动、不健康减肥行为、少食蔬菜水果。每个因子取 1项作为主要 (代表性 )危害健康行为 ,这些主要危害健康行为发生率在不同性别、年龄、年级、学习成绩、城乡、学校类型、父亲和母亲文化程度的中学生中分布差异有显著性。结论 我国中学生危害健康行为的因素结构基本符合美国CDC的YRBS危险行为分类思想。在分析危害健康行为的影响因素时 。
ObjectiveTo examine factor construction of hea lt h-risk behaviors among middle school students, to determine demographic factors associated with the prevalence of priority health-compromising behaviors, and to better understand the risk and protective factors for health-risk behaviors in adolescent students. MethodsAn anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted in 3 127 middle school students in Hefei usi ng a modified version of Youth Risk Behavior Survey developed by US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Factor analysis was used to examine the fa ctor construction of health-risk behaviors in middle school students and Chi-s quare analysis was used to compare the differences on the prevalence rates of pr iority health-risk behaviors among students with demographic characteristics. ResultsTwelve factors were selected based on principal compone nt analysis, they included sexual behaviors (F 1), alcohol use (F 2), smoking (F 3), intentional injury (F 4), body image and dieting (F 5),over-drinking alcohol (F 6), using illegal drug (F 7), indulging in internet (F 8), uninten tional injury (F 9), physical inactivity (F 10 ), unhealthy behaviors for l osing weight (F 11 ) and eating fewer vegetables or fruits (F 12 ). Twel ve items were selected from 12 facto rs as representative health-risk behaviors. The significant differences on prev alence of most of the 12 health-risk behaviors were found in sex, age, grades, school performance, residency and parental education level. ConclusionThe factor construction of health-risk behaviors among Chinese middle s chool students is consistent with the classification ideas of the US CDC on adol escent risk behaviors. The confounded effect of those demographic variables must be estimated when the risk or protective factors for health-risk behaviors are identified among adolescents.
