北京与沈阳部分初中学生危险行为调查

Risk Behaviors of Junior High School Students in Beijing and Shenyang

目的 了解北京和沈阳市初中学生危险行为发生情况 ,为教育和卫生部门制定青少年健康政策 ,预防青少年危险行为提供科学依据。方法 1 999年 5～ 7月 ,对北京和沈阳市 1 1所中学 352 1名初二学生进行不记名问卷调查。结果 54.6 %的学生在乘坐别人开的小汽车时从不或很少系安全带 ;在调查的近 30d中 ,有 5.4 %的学生坐过 1次或 3d以上由酒后驾驶者开的小汽车 ,6 .3%的学生从不或很少遵守交通规则 ;在调查的近 1 2个月中 ,2 2 .2 %的学生有过 1次或 1次以上的打架行为 ;在调查的近 30d中 ,有 2 0 .9%的学生有 1d或 1d以上饮过酒 ,6 .8%的学生有 1d或 1d以上吸烟 ;在调查的近 7d中 ,只有 51 .6 %的学生进行了 3d或 3d以上的激烈运动 ,38.4 %的学生进行了 5d或 5d以上的中等强度锻炼。结论 初中生的危险行为问题不容忽视 。

ObjectivesTo understand risk behaviors of junio r high school students of Beijing and Shenyang and to provide reference for health and education departments to develop programs for youth health and risk behavio r prevention.MethodsThree thousand five hundred and twenty-on e students at grade 8 were surveyed in 11 secondary schools of Beijing and Sheny ang by using a self-administered anonymous questionnaire in May-July, 1999.ResultsAmong respondents, 54.6% had rarely or never worn a seat belt when riding in a car driven by someone else; during the 30 days preceding the s urvey, 5.4% had ridden one or more times with a driver who had been drinking alc ohol, 6.3% had rarely or never obeyed traffic rule; during the 12 months precedi ng the survey, 22.2% had been in a physical fight one or more times. During the 30 days preceding the survey, 20.9% had drunk alcohol and 6.8% had smoked cigare ttes; 51.6% of students had participated in vigorous physical activities on 3 or more of the 7 days preceding the survey, and 38.4% of students had participated in moderate physical activities on 5 or more of the 7 days preceding the survey .ConclusionMore attention should be paid to risk behaviors of junior high school students. Prevention education, administered by education and health departments, should be based on the characteristics of youth risk behavi ors.
