山区教师预防艾滋病宣传教育活动结果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探索一条以学校为基地 ,将预防控制艾滋病的活动向农村社区和受教育水平不高的少数民族村民逐步推广的路子。方法 对拉祜少数民族村民 579人和中小学生 551人的需求进行评估 ,并动员当地的老师、学生和拉祜族村民结合当地民族风俗、文化 ,制作出适合拉祜族民族风俗、文化的宣传画、录音带、录像带和VCD等材料。通过组织实施和培训 ,培养出一批当地少数民族健康教育骨干 ,对村民进行健康教育。结果 通过宣传教育 ,贫困山区受教育程度低的少数民族居民预防艾滋病的知识知晓率由几乎由 0提高到 80 %左右。结论 在山区少数民族社区开展预防艾滋病宣传教育 。 ObjectiveTo develop a school-based AIDS preve nt ion education program targeting minority nationality villagers with lower educat ional level in mountainous areas. MethodsThe needs of 579 Lahu tri bal villagers and 551 primary and secondary school students for HIV/AIDS prevent ion education were assessed. Following the customs and cultures of the natives, loca l teachers, students and Lahu nation ality villagers were mobilized develop education materials including poster, aud iotape, videotape and video compact disc (VCD) suitable for local villagers. Qua lified, trained teachers provided health education to villagers. Results Among villagers with lower educational level in the economically depre ssed mountainous area, the percentage of villagers who were aware of knowledge o f HIV/AIDS prevention increased from practically negligible to 80% due to health education. ConclusionWhen HIV/AIDS prevention education is im plemented among minority population in the mountainous areas, the teachers in pr imary and secondary schools are fresh activists.
