乳腺浸润性导管癌微血管计数和VEGF及MMP3的表达及其意义

Significance and Expression of Microvessle Desity, Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Matrix Metalloproteinases 3 in Breast Cancer

摘要 目的 :研究乳腺癌组织中微血管密度 (MVD)、血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶 3(MMP3)与乳腺癌侵袭转移、预后的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化S -P法检测 5 0例乳腺癌及 8例正常乳腺组织的VEGF和MMP3的表达。结果 :乳腺癌组织MVD值 ,VEGF ,MMP3阳性表达率显著高于正常乳腺组织 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,乳腺癌组织MVD ,VEGF ,MMP3的表达强度与乳腺癌临床分期 ,淋巴结转移有显著相关关系 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :MVD值增高提示乳腺癌侵袭转移潜能增加 ,VEGF、MMP3可能作为乳腺癌转移及预后的重要指标。 Objective:To study the relationship between the microvessle desity(MVD), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) , matrix metalloproteinases 3 (MMP3) with the metastasis , prognosis of breast cancer.Methods: MVD, expression of VEGF and MMP3 were investigated by means of immunohistochemistry in 50 breast cancer. Results:In breast cancer tissues , the value of MVD and positive expression rates of VEGF,MMP3 were increased significantly as compared to normal breast epithelium(P<0.05). There were significant positive relation between MVD and the expression level of VEGF, MMP3 with pathological staging and metastasis of breast cancer (P<0.05).Conclusions:Increassed MVD suggest higher potential of metastasis and invasion of breast cancer. VEGF and MMP3 might be as one of the metastatic indexes of breast cancer.
