摘要
本文主要对低脂乳风味清淡、乳香不足进行了改进研究,并对改进后的配方是否会对乳本身造成影响作了探讨。
The improvement of the low fat milk's light flavor and taste was studied and the new formulation's influence on the milk was also studied.
