急性胰腺炎急性期胰腺病理与血清细胞因子的关系 被引量:9

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SERUM CYTOKINES AND PANCREATIC PATHOLOTY IN THE ACUTE PHASE OF ACUTE PANCREATITIS

摘要 目的 探讨急性胰腺炎急性期胰腺病理与细胞因子的关系。方法 逆行胰胆管注射牛磺胆酸钠或生理盐水建立模型 ,检测 3h和 6 h血清 TNF- α、IL- 6、IL- 1 0和 IL- 1 β。观察胰腺大体和镜下病理的改变。结果 血清 TNF- α、IL- 6、IL- 1 0在 3h和 6 h时段的各组间差异均非常显著 ,P<0 .0 1。血清 L- 1 β未能测出。血清细胞因子与大体病理评分和镜下理评分呈正相关。结论 血清 TNF- α水平与 IL- 6和 IL- 1 0水平呈正相关 ,说明后两者与前者的关系密切。IL- 1 0的升高可能系炎症早期的一种代偿性反应。 Objective To investigate the relationship between pancreatic pathology and cytokines in the acute phase of acute pancreatitis.Methods Animal model was established in male mice by retrograde injection of sodium taurocholate or normal solution in pancreastic bile duct.Serum TNF α,IL 1β,IL 6 and IL 10 were measured.By observing the changes of these cytokines in serum,investigated their relationship with pancreatic pathologic changes were.Results At 3 hour and 6 hour,serum TNF α,IL 6,IL 10 had significant differences between the edematous group and control group as well as between the necrotizing group and the control group( P <0.01).Serum IL 1β was unable to detect.Serum cytokine levels almost correlated positively with gross pathologic scores and microscopic pathologic scores.Conclusion Serum TNF α level correlated positively with those of IL 6 and IL 10,indicating their close relations.Elevation of IL 10 may be a compensational reaction of early inflammation.Cytokine levels reflect the severity degrees of local lesions in the acute phase of acute pancreatits.
