Setting up Protection Programme for Folk Culture

随着我国现代化进程的推进和西部大开发战略的实施,民族民间文化的保护面临着严峻的挑战,建立民族民间文化保护工程势在必行。建立民族民间文化保护工程的基本框架和主要内容:一是建立组织领导机构;二是制定保护规划和条例;三是设立保护专项基金和保护重大课题,突出重点进行抢救和研究等等。

China's modernization and the Strategy of Western Great Development make China's national folk culture face a severe challenge. Therefore,it is urgent to protect the national folk culture,to set up an organization, to make protection rules and to establish special funds and important subjects for study.
