对生产无尘纸的生产工艺、各项技术指标及一些常见的问题作了探讨。解决无尘的质量问题应从设备状况、工艺参数以及原辅材料的性能等多方面综合考虑。实施有效的质量控制体系和方法(如全面质量控制)是解决质量问题的重要手段。

The production technology of no-woven textile, such as technology,properties requirement, and frequent quality problem, was preliminarily studied in this paper. The factors affecting quality such as the optimum of technology variables,screen of materials, practicable quality control system, and equipment characteristics were discussed in detail in this paper.
