A preliminary study on the counting circuit utilized in the cutting machine with the function of compensation

用旋转编码器、接近开关等传感器与CPU实现长度计数智能控制电路。这种电路用于造纸行业的卷纸分切机或复卷机上,能补偿因卷纸分切断纸而引起长度米数损失,使得计数更为精确。文中对其原理作了分析与讨论,并在生产实践中得到验证。

a novel intelligent control circuit for length counting with rotating codec and approaching switch was introduced in this paper. The application showed that: it is practicable to count sheet length precisely when cutting machine or reeler equipped with this kind of circuit.The relevant principles was also discussed.
