再生纸浆专用施胶剂ER65应用于牛皮箱板纸施胶的实践与体会

The application of ER65 rosin size for second fiber to the production of kraft paper board

本文对一种特殊的再生纸浆专用乳液施胶剂ER65的施胶效果进行了初步的探讨。试验情况表明,[1]乳液施胶剂ER65应用于难施胶的二次纤维,能获得良好的施胶效果;[2]在施胶效果相同的情况下,与皂化松香相比,采用ER65乳液施胶剂,可节约胶料用量的20%左右;与普通分散松香胶相比,施胶剂用量可以减少30%左右。此外,采用ER65还能明显减少造纸系统的泡沫与网毯的污染。

The utilization of ER65 rosin size,aspecial rosin emulsion for stzing on regenerated pulp,to thepaper board prduction conducted in this paper.It was showed that:ER65 had better sizing on second fiberdifficult to sizing,the dosage of ER65 cut down by 20% in comparison with saponified rosin while by30% with ordinary dispersed rosin size.
