摘要
本文在其他相关调查研究的基础上,兼与考虑我国区域农村经济发展的不平衡性,并借鉴发达国家的做法,提出一套有中国特色的农村社会养老保障思路。
On the basis of the actual situations and the existing problems in the rural securing system, and on the basis of taking the foreign experience for referential use, and taking the characteristic of China into consideration as well, the article puts forward some new ideas of the reform.
