Key Construction Technology of Tunneling at Shallow Depth Under Multi-buildings in Beijing City Railway

笔者基于北京城市铁路第 14标段的复杂工程及地质条件 ,对隧道施工中的关键技术问题 ,尤其是穿越高层楼群等建筑物的技术难题进行了较为深入的分析 ,由此提出了相应的技术对策。这些技术措施在控制城铁及其隧道穿越楼群施工的实践中得到成功的应用 ,取得了较为理想的效果 ,这些经验和有效手段对今后类似条件下的工程施工具有普遍的指导意义。

Based on the complex engineering and geologic condition of the 14th bid in Beijing express rail transit project, some key techniques in construction, especially when passing under multi-buildings,are analyzed in detail. Then relevant technological countermeasures are put forward. These technological measures are successfully applied in practice with good result, which could be used as reference in similar engineering in future.
