摘要
激励是调动教师工作积极性的必要前提,高校合并后教师需要呈现物质需要的保性、亲和需要的敏感性、发展需要的稳定性和成 就与自我实现需要强烈性的特点。针对合并高校激励机制存在的不足,通过对激励机制问题根源和激励影响因素分析,提出了评估激励 与情感关怀激励同步、物质激励与精神激励并重、岗位竞争激励与自我发展激励协调、信任激励与监督激励相结合的四项激励原则。
Incentive is very important in arousing teachers'working enthusiasm. With merger of universities, teachers need to satisfy their essential material requirements, and they are more sensitive to personal relation. They try to develop in a more reliable surrounding and to fully realize themselves . Having discussed the shortcomings of the current incentive system, analyzed its origins and mentioned some factors influencing it, the author gives his opinion about teachers'incentive system; give incentive to teachers through assessment and emotion , place same emphasis on material and spiritual incentive, coordinate the post competition and self - development, trust teachers and meanwhile supervise them.
