摘要
用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定了湛江市栽培的平菇中微量元素的含量 ,发现其磷、硫、钙、镁、锌、铁、铜等元素含量都比较丰富 ,并讨论了这些有益元素与人体健康的关系。
Trace elements in Pleurotus ostreatus were determined by ICP atomic emission spectroscopy.The results showed that the content of phosphor,sulfur,calcium,magnesium,zinc and iron were abundant.The relations between these beneficial elements in body and health were discussed.
