This paper expounds the developmental course of China's IT prevalence & domination the following three aspects: the advancement of IT prevalence & domination and the establishment of relevant managemental systems; the status quo of IT prevalence & domination of China's and the NIQ measurement and calculation; the development of IT prevalence & dominationin some Chinese provinces and cities.
