电子文件的科学管理是档案工作者面临的新课题。电子文件和电子档案既具有优势又存在不足。建议采取针以下的应对措施:1.加快立法步伐,加强制度建设,确保电子文件的原始性;2.通过采取技术措施,保证电子文件的原始属性;3.提高档案工作人员的素质。

The scientific management if one of the new tasks which the files worders are faced with. The electronic documents and files have both advantages and disadvantages. The author suggests that the following countermwasures should be taken:1.Quickenning the step of legislation, strengthenning the construction of system and ensuring the original character of the electronic files; 2.Pledging the original attribute of the electronic files through adopting the teacnical measures; 3.Raising the quality of the files workers.
