工业混醇催化合成混合酯的研究

摘要 本文研究了四种酸催化剂用于工业混醇与乙酸酯化合成混合酯的催化性能。结果表明,硫酸和磷钨酸虽然催化反应速度快,但产品中酯含量较低;强酸性阳离子交换树脂具有较好的催化活性,但反应中存在严重的暴沸现象;SO42-/TiO_2—ZrO_2固体超强酸催化活性相对较高,产物中酯含量可达80%以上。 The application of four acids as catalyst in the synthesis of mixing ester from mixing alcohol was studied. The result showed that sulfuric acid and heteropoly acid had high activity ,but ester contents in the products was lower.Strong acidic cation exchange resin had good activity and ester contents,but had boiling over in the reaction. SO42-/TiO2 - ZrO2 had good activity and ester contents in the products could be over 73 percent.
