摘要
本文探讨了知识型员工流动的特点,运用控制论的方法建立了流动的数学模型,提出了优化控制知识型员工流动的管理策略。
This paper discuss the characters for circulation of knowledge workers , establish the mathematical model with the method of control theory and put forward management strategy of circulation of knowledge workers for optimization and control.
