摘要
介绍一种实用的考虑输电费用分摊的电力交易方法。该方法基于直流潮流方程,在忽略网损的前提下,把线路有功潮流表示为各个节点注入有功的线性函数,反映线路潮流的实际来源及各节点对输电线路的利用程度,并以此为依据在各节点间分摊输电费用,提出输电费用分摊因子的概念。采用该方法对一个7节点输电系统某时段的电力交易进行仿真计算。计算结果表明,此方法是可行、合理和公平的,具有一定的实际应用价值。
This paper introduces an electricity trade method considering transmission cost allocation.Without the consideration of network loss,the line flow can be changed to be the linear function of node inputs by use of this method based on DC flow.In the same time,the actual source of the line flow and the degree to which each node's utilizing the transmission lines can be traced.A test of a single period trade schedule in a7-node is also presented.The test results show that the method presented is feasible,reasonable,fair and valuable for practical cases.
