摘要
将蝴蝶兰原球茎在培养期间置于MS附加 6 BA ,NAA ,IBA ,2 .4 D等激素的培养基 ,诱导分化、增殖。结果表明 ,无菌母株在MS附加高浓度 6 BA(5 .0mg·L-1)和NAA(2 .5mg·L-1)条件下培养 2 5~ 30d后 ,转接到单独使用 6 BA(2 .0mg·L-1)的培养基中 ,并继代 2~ 3次 ,可连续不断地分化、增殖原球茎 ;若 6 BA浓度继续下调并与适当浓度NAA相配合 ,则有利于原球茎生长 ;低浓度 6 BA与IBA配合使用有利于分化苗生根。
Phalaenopsis protocorm-like body was sited on nutriments of MS with 6-BA, NAA, IBA, 2.4-D etc in the period of cultivation, and aroused dividing for breeding.The results showed that uninfected explants which have been cultured on MS with the high concentration of 6-BA and NAA(2.5 mg·L^(-1)) for 25-30 days, were transferred to nutriment with 6-BA(2.0 mg·L^(-1)) alone,can divide and reproduce protocorm-like body continuously after 2-3 generations.If the concentrations of 6-BA decrease and match with NAA properly,endocrines can help growing of protocorm-like bodies,the low concentration of 6-BA matches with IBA and is beneficial to divided-shoots taking roots.
