中镀后拉工艺生产高强度热镀锌制绳钢丝 被引量:3

摘要 中镀后拉工艺是在先镀后拉工艺的热处理和热镀锌之间插入光面钢丝拉拔。影响镀锌钢丝力学性能的主要因素是压缩率。实验表明 :镀后拉拔部分压缩率在 15 %~ 19%之间 ,中镀后拉拔钢丝的总压缩率控制在70 %~ 75 % ,可使反复弯曲和扭转值达到标准 ;为使排线顺利 ,干拉卷筒根部的锥角应为 2 .5°~ 3° ,拉丝模的入口锥70°~ 80°、出口锥 80°、工作区 12°~ 16°、定径带长 (0 .2~ 0 .3)d比较合适。 The process of drawing after medium galvanizing by dipping is a drawing method adding bright steel wire drawing between heat treatment and galvanizing by dipping. The key factor affecting mechanical property is draught. The experiment shows that repeating bend and torsion value can reach standard when the pass draught on drawing after galvanizing is 15%~19% and the total draught on drawing after medium galvanizing by dipping is 70%~75%. In order to range wire smoothly, it is suitable when the hole shape of drawing die of (0.2~0.3)d length is that the taper angle of dry drawing wire machine reels is 2.5°~3°,the entry taper angle of wire drawing die is 70°~80°, the exit taper angle is 80°, the taper angle of working part is 12°~16°.
