摘要 介绍 4× 2 5Fi+FC— 8.1四股高强度镀锌钢丝绳的生产情况。制绳用钢丝采用先镀后拔工艺 ,拉拔采用较大总压缩率和较小部分压缩率的方法来提高镀锌制绳用钢丝的抗拉强度和韧性值 ,以保证钢丝绳的综合力学性能。成绳时采用交互捻 ,并增大钢丝绳的捻距和缩小股的捻距 ,使钢丝绳的扭转力矩与股的扭转力矩平衡 ,达到钢丝绳不旋转的目的。 To introduce production experience of 4×25Fi+FC—8.1 mm four-ply high strength galvanized steel wire rope. The process of steel wire for rope is using a technology of galvanizing before drawing. The method using bigger total draught and smaller pass draught is adopted to increase tensile strength and ductility of galvanized steel wire for rope and ensure comprehensive mechanical property of steel wire rope. While using interactive laying technology during closing rope, the lay length of rope is enlarged and that of strand is reduced, which makes the torsion moment of rope be in equilibrium with the torsion moment of strand, so as to attain the goal of non-rotation of steel wire rope.
