摘要
用高温金相显微镜摄取了常用弹簧钢 (6 5 ,6 5Mn ,6 0Si2Mn及 5 0CrVA)奥氏体晶粒长大的系列显微照片 ,绘制了晶粒长大的动力学曲线 ,比较了奥氏体晶粒长大倾向。结果显示 6 5Mn及 6 0Si2Mn钢的长大倾向最大 ,6 5钢次之 ,5 0CrVA钢最小。对影响奥氏体晶粒长大的各种因素进行了扼要讨论。
By means of high temperature microscope to take a series of photomicrograph during heating specimen to the different temperture and graph its dynemie curves,the austenitic grain growth tendencies are compared.Experimental results show that the 60Si2Mn and 65Mn steels have the great tendency to austenitic grain growth,65 steel next, 50CrVA steel smallest.Some influential factors on austenitic grain size are also discussed.
