摘要
以 35 %乙醇为提取溶剂 ,聚酰胺吸附提纯 ,芦丁为标准品 ,用分光光度法于 5 10 nm处测定了扁蓄各部位的总黄酮含量。结果表明 :扁蓄全草总黄酮含量为 4 .349% ,根为 7.115 % ,茎为 5 .4 5 4 % ,叶为 3.5 4 4%
Extracted by 35% ethanol, purified by polycaprolactam and the rutin used as a standard compound, the flavones of Polygonum aviculare L. var. aviculare was quantitated by measurement of absorbance at 510 nm. The results show that the average content of the whole plant is 4.349%, the root ,7.115%,the stem, 5.454% and the leaves, 3.544%. This study will provide scientific basis on producing medicinal composition of flavones from Polygonum aviculare L. var. aviculare.
