银杏根中黄酮类化合物的研究

Studies on Flavonoids in the Root of Ginkgoes

采用丙酮浸泡、回流从银杏根中提取得到黄酮 ,以紫外分光光度法测定提取物中总黄酮含量为 6 .93% ,以HPL C法测定其中槲皮素含量为 0 .0 6 4 % ;结果表明 :银杏根黄酮存在槲皮素甙 ,不含山奈酚。

Flavonoids were extracted by refuxing from the Ginkgo roots which had been immersed in the acetonic solution. By using UV spectrophotometric method,the content of flavones was found to be 6.93%.Among these falconoid ,the content of quercetin was determined to be 0.064% by HPLC.The results show that the flavonoids in the Ginkgo roots contain quercetin glycoside. However,they do not contain kaempferol or Isrhamnetin.
