摘要
本文从国际比较的视角来考察目前中国综合性研究型大学中在学科布局上存在的普遍性问题。第一部分以若干所美国知名大学内部学院和学科设置为例,论述综合性研究型大学中学院设置的三个层次的共同规律。以此为基础,第二部分分析中国目前通行的学科分类的缺陷,大学内部学院设置的偏差,以及本科生和研究生培养模式的问题,并提出相应的改革建议。
This paper studies the common problems in the organization of academics in China's comprehensive research universities from the international and comparative perspectives. Assisted by the cases of some major American research universities, the first part highlights the common feature of the three-tier structure of academic schools within a university. In light of this insight, the second part analyzes the shortcomings in China's prevailing academic field classification system, the biases in the organization of academic departments and schools within universities, and the problems in undergraduate and graduate programs. Based on these analyses, it puts forward corresponding reform proposals.
