大学定位:观念的反思与秩序的重建

University Orientation: Reflections on Its Concept and Reconstruction of the Order

在当前社会广泛掀起大学定位研究热潮的情形下,作者对我国大学定位进行了前提性反思。指出,大学定位是一个集观念、制度、政策与技术于一体的整体的、根本的和发展的概念,必须首先廓清大学的本质及其理念,构建合规律与合目的的大学制度新秩序,由此才能进入所谓目标制定、战略规划、层次确立、职能分工、服务面向及工作安排等技术性阶段。

This paper offers a reflection on the premise of university orientation. It is pointed out in this paper that university orientation is an integrated, fundamental, developmental conception, and a combination of concept, system, policy and technology. Only when the essence of university is clarified, and the new university order conforming to the developing law and aim is set up, can we come to the technical stage of laying down aims, strategically planning, determining different levels and functions, the services and position arrangement.
