小麦纯系谱法选择与混合法选择的比较

Comparison Between Pedigree and Bulk Method in Wheat Breeding

根据作者长期从事小麦育种的实践和经验,比较和分析了目前我国小麦育种工作中对小麦杂种后代的两种处理方法即系谱法和混合选择法的区别、各自的优缺点。为了进一步提高选择效率,提出了对两种选择方法的改进意见。

In wheat breeding practices, the pedigree method and bulk method were applied usually in the segregating progenies' populations of wheat. The differences, advantages and disadvantages of these two methods were compared and analyzed in the paper, according to the long practice and experience in our wheat breeding. In order to improve the efficiency of selection, the better ideas for modifying these two selection methods were put forward.
