介绍了关于ERP的概念、发展历史、组成内容,提出在实施前应该做哪些准备工作,怎样选择软件产品,在实施中的注意问题以及在后期的绩效评估等问题。
The paper introduce the conception of ERP, developing history, included content, then bring forward what should do for preparing, how to select the software production , what should be paid attention to and how to e-valuate the performance in the following period.
