摘要
"谷贱伤农"是对农业生产有很大影响的一种现象。传统的对"谷贱伤农"的经济学分析是建立在农民具有完全理性,能准确判断价格和需求、进行生产决策的假设基础上,并不符合经济现实。在认识到生产者有限理性的前提下对"谷贱伤农"进行分析,可动态地阐述供给变化导致的供给、需求和价格的改变,以及对生产者、消费者和社会福利的影响,旨在此基础上提出一些政策建议。
The 'cheap grain harms the peasants' is a phenomenon affecting the agricultural productions. The traditional economic analysis of it, based on the hypothesis that the peasants were rational and capable of judging correctly the price, demand and production decision-making, is not be in line with the economic situation today. This paper analyzes the 'cheap grain harms the peasants' in the hypothesis of knowing the producers with rationality, explains dynamically the change of supply has resulted in some changes in supply, demand and price, as well as has influenced on producers, consumers and social welfares, aims to put forward some policy suggestions.
