从中国社会保障基金分布和运作机制入手,以新加坡和瑞典的社会保障制度和社会保障机制为例,指出中国设立社会保障银行的必要性和可行性。

Starting with the distribution and mechanism of China's social security fund, taking for example the social security system and social security mechanism in Singapore and Sweden, this paper indicates the necessity and feasibility to establish the social security bank in China.
