摘要
从"人本"和人与环境相协调的角度出发,将管理科学中对复杂系统的和谐管理思想移植到企业的人力资源管理中,从而论述了如何实现员工与企业主体、员工与员工之间、员工与外界环境等方面的协调统一,以建立和谐的企业人力资源环境。
This paper starts with human and its coordination with environment, adapts the complex systematical harmony management thoughts in managing science to the human resource management in enterprises, thus explains how to realize the coordination between staff and enterprise main body, among staffs and between staff and outside environment, so as to construct an enterprise human resource management with harmony.
