新经济是以技术创新为主的经济形态,由于其产品的特殊性,导致高度垄断与高度竞争结构并存的竞争性垄断市场的出现。尝试从新古典微观方面给出诠释,希望在理论上为新经济找到支撑点,并为新经济在中国的发展提供一定借鉴作用。

New economy is mainly characterized by technology innovation. Owing to its specialty in products, the market structure of competitive monopoly appears in which the competition and monopoly both exist. This paper strives hard to find a brief explanation with the view of new classical economics and offer the supports for it in theories, which can be referred to for the economic development in China.
