龙云自1931完全控制云南后,从军政、经济等方面进行了一系列整顿,取得了相当的效果,使他在云南的"独立王国"地位进一步得到巩固。法币在云南得到推行前,云南金融也一直独立于中央金融体系之外,国民政府想借推行法币政策的机会将云南金融纳入中央金融体系中,但云南方面出于自身利益的考虑,对中央金融利益的渗透,一方面表现出无奈,同时又进行不合作的抵制。因此,随着法币在云南的推行,双方的金融博弈也展开了。
