西部大开发,作为中国21世纪经济发展的一项重大战略任务,是一个涉及到方方面面的系统工作。而在西部大开发中,怎样处理好西部区域经济合作与发展,则是重中之重。主要从动态博弈角度,对西部地区各省(市、自治区)之间在合作与发展中采取的政策策略过程进行了分析,并提出了相应的政策建议,以期能更好、更快地推动西部地区经济的合作与发展。

The western development of China is a systematic work involving in various aspects as a major strategic task in the economic development in the 21st century, in which the most important is how to deal with the western regional economic cooperation and development. This paper analyzes the policy strategies taken in the cooperation and development in the western provincials, municipalities and autonomous regions in view of dynamic game, puts forward some corresponding policy suggestions and hopes to promote better and more quickly the western regional economic cooperation and development.
