摘要
为了满足压铸工艺的要求,有必要进行压射机构的改造并对压射实施自动控制.为此,研究了液态金属压铸机压射结构的重新设计及其实时控制,设计了一套对压射进行实时控制的系统,着重研究了该系统的组成、基本原理及其特点.
It is essential that Redesign of Press-shoot Organization is made and Auto-control of Press-shoot is achieved to meet demand of technology of die-casting. The article studies redesign and real-time control of press-shoot organization of liquid metal die-casting machine and theoretically design a set of system that real-time controls press-shoot . Most of the research focuses on basic principle and characteristics of this type of system.
