讨论了公务员录用中,3个候选人选举采用负票的优点及选委的优超对策 在给出Nash对策概念的前提下,证明了选委的等权对策是Nash对策。

A civil servant in voting games is discussed in this paper. The paper explores the advantage of negative vote in the election of three candidates. Exceeding games are also discussed about the committee. Under the premise of Nash game, equal power game is proved to be Nash games. It is pointed out that the policymaker must lead a Nash game which is the most beneficial to himself.
