摘要
目的 :研究深度扩臼造盖术的生物力学特性。方法 :比较两组分别以深度扩臼造盖术及Salter’s截骨术治疗后小儿患侧股骨头外移距离。结果 :经Salter’s截骨术治疗组小儿股骨头术后平均外移较深度扩臼造盖术组 1.5cm。经生物力学计算 ,其所受压力大大高于深度扩臼造盖术组。结论 :深度扩臼造盖术可减轻术后患侧股骨头受压 ,从而减少术后股骨头缺血性坏死率。
Objective: To study the biomechanical property of deeply dig the acetabulum and make a roof operation. Methods: 10 patients undergoing Salter's operation and our method respectively were studied retrospectively. The distance between femoral head and the longitudinal axis of the body of each patient was measured. The pressure of the femoral head was also obtained by biomechanical calculation. Results: In patients undergoing Salter's method, the distance was enlarged saliently, while the distance was relatively smaller in patients operated by our method. Therefore, the pressure of the femoral heads in patients undergoing Salter`s method was higher than that in the patients undergoing our method. Conclusion: Our method can lighten the load of the femoral head, and thus decrease the rate of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head after surgical operation.
