儿童支气管哮喘急性发作时低钾血症相关因素56例临床分析

Related factors for hypokalemia during acute episode of bronchial asthma:clinical analysis in56children

目的探讨儿童支气管哮喘急性发作时并发低钾血症的发生率和临床特点。方法对56例支气管哮喘急性发作并发低钾血症患儿的临床资料进行分析。结果并发低钾血症患儿21例,发生率为37.5%。在哮喘急性发作及其治疗过程中,存在多种原因可导致低钾血症,但其临床表现缺乏特异性而易漏诊。结论儿童哮喘急性发作时并发低钾血症的发生率高,具有潜在危险性。尤其对正在使用糖皮质激素,β2受体激动剂的患儿,更应及时补钾。

Objective To investigate the incidence and clinical features of hypokalemia in children with acute episode of bronchial asthma. Methods The clinical records of 56 children with acute episode of bronchial asthma were reviewed and an-alyzed. Results Altogether 21 children with the complication of hypokalemia were identified from the 56 patients, with the incidence of the complication of 37.5%. Multiple factors were involved in the occurrence of hypokalemia during the acute episode of asthma and its treatment. Due to the unspecific manifestations, hypokalemia was easy to escape detection. Conclu鄄sion Hypokalemia is highly likely in children with acute episodes of bronchial asthma, which poses potential danger for the patients. Potassium supplementation should be timely administered especially in children taking glucocorticosteroid and β2 receptor agonist.
