摘要 宏安大厦结构转换层采用2.1m厚钢筋混凝土板,施工中重点解决了模板支撑等难题,合理安排钢筋就位次序,采用“斜面分层、薄层灌筑、自然流淌、连续浇筑到顶”的方法浇筑大体积混凝土,严密控制混凝土内外温差,使板式结构转换层支撑系统稳定可靠,温差控制效果及混凝土观感质量好,无结构性裂缝。 The2.1m thick reinforced concrete slab is used for structural transfer floor of Hong'an mansion.The problem of form-work support is solved in the construction by putting the bars in place and adopting'pitching surface layers,shallow pouring,natural flow,continuously pouring to the top'to pour mass concrete.The temperature difference of exterior and interior concrete is strictly con-trolled to make slab-type structure transfer floor support system stable and reliable,and to obtain good results of temperature difference con-trol,good concrete appearance and quality,and no structural cracks.
