摘要 采用多因素正交回归旋转设计方法进行柴油机优化设计和调整。以N485Q柴油机为研究对象,选用配气相位、进气门间隙、排气门间隙、转速和负荷等5个因素作为调整因子,设计因素5水平试验方案。建立柴油机功率、油耗率和烟度随调整参数而变化的数学模型,定量描述各调整参数对柴油机动力性、经济性和碳烟排放的影响。通过对模型的主效应分析,确定对柴油机性能影响程度较大的因素;通过模型的交互效应分析,找出配气相位和气门间隙对柴油机烟度排放的交互影响。 The multi factors orthogonal regression rotation design for optimization design and adjustment of diesel engine are proposed. Taking N485Q diesel engine as an example,five adjusting factors, valve timing, admission valve clearance, emission valve clearance, rotation speed and load rate are chosen. The five factors and five levels of experiments are designed. The mathematical models including power, fuel consumption rate and smoke emission concerning five adjusting parameters are established. The effects on power, economic performance and smoke emission are described by the five adjusting parameters. With the analysis of the major effect of the model, the major factors of the influence degree of diesel engine are determined. Through the analysis of the mutual effect of the model, the mutual effect of valve timing and valve clearance on smoke emission of diesel engine are determined.
