摘要
桑叶是我国的传统中药之一。本文综述了近年来国内外对桑叶的化学成分及其药理作用研究进展;给出桑叶含有黄酮类、生物碱类、多糖类、植物甾醇类、挥发油类、氨基酸、维生素及微量元素等多种活性化学成分,以及桑叶具有降血糖、降血脂、抗炎、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗丝虫、抗溃疡等多方面药理作用。并指出了桑叶在药品和功能性食品领域研究开发中的广阔前景,为桑叶资源的合理开发利用提供了依据。
Mulberry leaf is one of the traditional Chinese herbs. The research progress on chemical composition and pharmacological functions of mulberrry leaves in recent years both at home and abroad is summarized. It has been found that there are various ingredients in the mulberry leaves,such as flavones, alkaloids, polysaccha-rides, volatile oil, plant sterols, amino acids, vitamins and microelements which have the pharmacological activities of lowering blood glucose, anti-hyperlipidemia, resisting inflammation, resisting decrepitude, anti-tumor, antivirus, resisting filaria and so on. The basic theory is provided for the development and utilization of the mulberry leaves resources. The future development of mulberry leaves in the fields of medicines and functional food are also discussed.
