摘要 对过碳酰胺的合成方法及工艺进行了研究,确定其最佳的工艺条件为:尿素和过氧化氢的摩尔比为1∶1.3,加入混合型稳定剂和自制的包膜剂在20~30℃条件下,反应1h.在此反应条件下,过碳酰胺的收率可达70%以上,活性氧含量>16.5%.此外,文章还讨论了过氧化氢的循环利用情况. The synthesis and technology of percarbamide have been described in the paper. The optimum conditions have been obtained as follows: the mol ratio of urea to hydrogen peroxide is 1∶1.3 with complex stabilizers and self made covering additive, and the reaction is lasting for an hour at temperature of 20~30 ℃. Under these conditions, the yield of percarbamide is more than 70%with an active oxygen content more than16.5%. In addition, the reusing of mother liquor has also been discussed at the end of this paper.
