摘要
柔性制造系统主要由一台机器人、一台数控车床及一台加工中心组成.该系统的主要功能是自动装卸工件,并使需要车与铣两种加工工艺的工件在加工循环中,两台机床的待机时间最短;或在独立使用两台机床时,使得两台机床的待机时间最短.GUI风格的编程软件SCORBASE可管理和协调柔性制造单元的所有资源,并提供了丰富的指令.另外,文章还提出了一种新的机器人加工单元工作时间循环分析符号法,并给出了软件设计方案及主要界面.该方法消除了自然语言描述工艺的歧义性,提高了工艺设计的效率,也为工艺的计算机的表达创造了条件.通过所提出的时间循环分析法进行合理的时间规划,以及机器人系统的有关参数设置,可使整个系统的资源在一定的约束条件下达到最为有效的利用.
This flexible manufacturing system (FMS) consists of three portions, which are an industrial robot, a machining center and a CNC lathe. The programming tool SCORBASE with its GUI style is able to coordinate all resources available from equipments above mentioned and software. This system aims to load and unload work piece, and make the idle time shortest during turning and milling. Also presented is a new method for cycle time analysis which eliminates the ambiguity in description of working cycle by natural languages and increases planning efficiency. Through this new tool as well as setting robot system parameters, the potential of the whole system can be tapped fully.
