摘要 型钢悬挑外脚手架高45m,双排,采用14#工字钢做悬挑支架.悬挑支架总长2.5m,向外挑出1.43m,内段臂长1.07m.挑架外端部焊接14mm圆钢拉杆,拉杆拉在上框架梁内,拉杆中间采用花篮螺栓紧固;挑架内端部采用Ω型圆钢锚固筋固定在楼板上.锚固筋在浇筑楼板混凝土时预埋在楼板筋下,安装工字钢支架时,将工字钢穿进锚固筋吊环内,就位后将锚固筋吊环上部间隙用钢筋头填实,并焊接牢固.在工字钢挑架头部及间距1.1m处分别(脚手架立杆位置上)焊20mm钢管或圆钢,高50mm.在脚手架上部8层、12层分别加设14mm圆钢卸载拉杆,拉杆与脚手架拉结,拉杆中间采用花篮螺栓紧固.除挑架及卸载拉杆外,另每层用6.5mm圆钢设置拉结筋,拉结筋预埋在框架梁内,间距为5~6m.卸载拉杆及拉结筋均拉设在脚手架横竖钢管结点处. Structural steel hanging scaffold is 45 m high, double rowed, and chooses 14#double T iron as hanging stand. The hanging stand is 2.5 m long, pushes outside with 1.43 m, and its inner arm is 1.07 m long. Its outside end is welded with a 14 round steel pole and fixed with screw; its inside end is fixed with Ωtype round steel anchor bolt. The anchoring steel is pre layed under the floor board. When installing the double T iron stand, put the T iron through the hanging ring of the anchor, fill the rest space in the ring with steel heads, and then weld them stably; weld respectively 20 mm with 50 mm high steel pipe or round steel between the head of the stand with space length 1.1 m(the location of the stand pole); from the upper on the eighth and the twelfth layer, add respectively 14 round steel loading pole linked with the scaffold and fixed with screw. Besides the hanging stand and the loading pole, add 6.5 round steel on each layer as lacing bar which is pre layed in the frame bridge with space length 5~6 m.Both the loading pole and lacing bar are set on the joints of the horizontal and vertical steel pipes.
